WSP is currently initiating a search for a Construction Inspector for our Southern Indiana office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform construction inspection on INDOT road and bridge projects
  • Perform field testing and sampling related to INDOT construction projects
  • Document and measure pay quantities
  • Develop skills under leadership by senior inspectors and or Project Engineers/Superviosrs

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS Civil Engineering
  • Entry level, no experience required
  • Internships in construction and/or  previous construction  experince
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures 
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment  
  • Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship on INDOT Construction Inspection projects
  • Strong work ethic
  • Eager, curious demeanor
